it wont stop need quick help

yesterday i did my first rejet ever im new to the banshee world i have pro circuit pipes stock filter with no snorkel and a milled head .030 riding at 3400 ft temps 70's to 100...i went from stock 200 main to 250's put carbs back in a fired her up she started right up but bogs at the slightest touch of throttle its really bad when motor is cold when it gets hot its still there not as bad but still having to feather the throttle.....today i warmed her up on old plugs swaped out plugs pulled choke out halfway shee almost died so i turn air screws out this did next to nothing i spent over 2 hours tinkering with it...finally got frustrated and put her back in the garage...any suggestions would b great i have no idea what to try next

I think you're still rich. That would explain easy starting...but a little boggy after it's warm.

Especially if it got even worse when you pulled the choke.

You're fine on the mains for now...maybe rich, but definately safe.

 

Try turning your air screws all the way in, lightly seated, and turn each one 1.0 turns out.

 

See if that helps. Do one setting at a time. Once you get your off idle to 1/8 throttle better, move to the needle. It's probably in the middle clip (stock). Try leaning it out one clip ...or one clip toward the blunt end.

 

If all this jetting doesn't seem to make a difference at all....you might not have a properly sealed head....

 

With an air leak, you can try every jet setting in the world...and it won't hardly make any difference....

its got to be the jetting because i ran it with the new head before i rejetted and it ran fine no bogging at all

Well...whaddya know....

He PM'd me that he unplugged the TORs...and it's much better.

Still has to fine tune it I'm sure..

 

Here is the whole TORS removal kit, including new Carb Caps, Throttle Cable, drill, tap and Idle screws for the carbs.
