2002shee
I'm looking for new +2 +1 a arms but I want to keep my Yfz shocks. Should I get ones for use with stock length shocks or extended shocks? Also my budget is kinda limited so has anyone heard of Fullflight? The price is right. Hollister_Hitman
I have only heard bad things about those a-arms. Do a search on them and you'll see.

I read enough to make me want to stay away. Now I just need to know what you guys are using with the YFZ shocks. I don't want to have a problem with springs hitting or shock length. djackbanshee
use a-arms made for stock shocks a-arms for longer shock(longtravel arms) and built for longer shocks than yfz janssen uses 19 inch and roll 18 inch while yfz shock are only 15 3/4 inch long i think. your bike will be too low and the geometry will be all screwed up . Stock lenght shock a arms are not made to handle yfz shocks but will be better than lontravel arms using yfz shocks. i dont like yfz shocks there not made to go there and wear out balljoints fast. LiftdT4R
BigRed used to run +2+1 with YFZ shocks, and a buddy of mine did also. It rode awesome, and that's the setup I'm going to put on my 2002. I wound up picking up some used LSRs, I've heard too many bad things about full flight, and wicked, although I have never seen them in person, only going by hearsay. The YFZ shocks work really well with +2+1s, have Shane on here re-valve them for you, and you'll be straight!

Well I already have 47 stitches in my knee I don't need another 14 that's for sure! BigRed used to run +2+1 with YFZ shocks, and a buddy of mine did also. 2002shee
So it looks like I may be going with Wicked arms. I know someone who rides more MX type trails then me (More jumps basically) and he swears by them. So my question is does anyone here have them or better yet with YFZ shocks? What do you guys think? kb7kuh
I run +2+1 custom a-arms with the YFZ 450 shocks and love the setup. Just take the time to adjust the shocks, it's worth it!!!
LiftdT4R
Thanks for the info. Are those LSR's set up for stock length shocks? Yes they are. The YFZ arms are a little longer than stock, but the additional levage of the longer arms should make them sit about where you want them on the +2+1s as long as you have them valed and djusted right. 2002shee
I decided to go with Wicked Products A Arms. The price was right and I have heard some good things about them. I don't know if I'm going to keep the YFZ shocks or not. I'll see how they fit first. Thanks for all the input!
