+2 A-Arms

Banshee 79

What offset wheel is everyone running with +2 arms, I see most manufacturers recommend 4:1 offset, my wheels now are 2:3 offset. Can you run those with +2 arms or would that stress the arms & shock to much? Thanks

I am wondering the same thing. I just ordered some +2+1s and

I think I am going to run 3+2s but 4+1s wouldput it where I have it right now with the 2+3s.

4+1 if you needed to lose some width for one ride, but I would say go with the stock 3+2s

it depends what your doing. if your riding woods and you need to be alittle bit narrower go with he 4-1. 4-1 also help with bump steer by moving the center of you tire closer to the ball joints. I have 3-2 on my +3+1 a-arms and im right under 50" and for the woods its damn hard not to catch stuff but when it comes to a track or open places its a dream to have it that wide. I dont know if that helps much but i try. good luck anyways

Thanks for the reply, so you could run a 2+3 but the bump steer would be worse.

in my opinion and with my experience i'll go with the 4-1 all the way.....less bump steer is so much fun to ride......

I am sure everyone agrees with you, but you would have to order +3 arms to get 4 inches wide with those. Who wouldn't want less bumpsteer? But to sacrifice 2" inches for it? It all depends on your riding location
