THis may seem like a lot of work but I can garuntee you it will all be worth it in the end. Buy a complete brand new a-arm frame and have it powder-coated. Then slowly get your front a-arms and shocks of choice and then swap everything over. I myself did this and I couldnt be happier. If you plan to powercoat your frame then this would be the smartest thing to do. Take your time doing it and buy all the pieces one at a time. I just recently bought a stock a-arm frame 05' for 600. I am gonna use roll-design so it may get expensive for me but if you decide to use stock parts you can get cheap a-arms on ebay for no more than 50 dollars. Sorry I am just ramblen on.
