IROOST1 Posted August 26, 2006 Report Share Posted August 26, 2006 I have a 95 banshee and i need a cdi box and have been looking around and it says the 95 year and 96 is different than the 97+ years. Whats the most that would happen if i put a newer one in? dont do it man. you might open up a can of worms in you electrical system....electrical problems to my are the worst. Bansh-eman Posted August 26, 2006 Report Share Posted August 26, 2006 im not 100% positive, but i do belive that all the cdi's are the same... i got a 2000 banshee and got a 2001 Dynatek ignition ... when i called dyna they said the only differance was the lead for a tach (or how ever its spelled) and the programer lead.
