KlotzBanshee
I just got new renthal sprockets and just realized while putting on the rear that the stock nuts and "keepers/locks" (little metal flanges that you bend to keep the nut from backing off) look like ass on the nice new sprocket. Anybody know of some purdy new lock-nuts to replace the stock junk, where and how much $ ? Thanks

BigRed350x
I just got some grade 8 nuts and put them on mine with a little blue loctite. Haven't had any of them come off yet.
KlotzBanshee
Here's what she looks like so far. Renthal rear sprocket (SS Nylock Nuts w/ red loctite), DID 520 ATV X-ring, TM Designworks rear roller-slide...
dajogejr
Here's what she looks like so far. Renthal rear sprocket (SS Nylock Nuts w/ red loctite), DID 520 ATV X-ring, TM Designworks rear roller-slide... Red Loctite? Whooaa boy...hope you never plan on getting those off. You're gonna have to heat 'em up and ruin 'em if you do... With Nylock nuts, blue loctite would've been just fine. It does look nice and clean though...I might have to ditch my setup...should be worth at least .0001 in the 300 ft, right??

KlotzBanshee
THANK YOU! :thumb: I was getting tired of shrinking down every damn picture. dajogejr
dajogejr
You can do two things. Imageshack can downsize them for you. Or...you can download a FREE program called Easy Thumbnail Creator, which does a superb job of shrinking pictures too. My 6.1 MP Digital SLR makes some pretty big photos....it comes in handy quite a bit.
