Mod Banshee
I am thinking about trying a new set of pipes on my Shee. Now I have the Rockets inframes and I was looking at the Paul Turner Pipes. Most of my riding is on Trail But I do drag Race ones a year. So sould I get the High Rev or the mid-rage Pipes? Dmcbanshee
There is not a large difference between High rev and Mid ranges,if you want more top end choose high rev, but for bottom end take mid ranges...
shanYE west
I thought there was big difference between the Hi-rev's and Mid's. My bike felt alot more snappy with the mids over the hi-rev's but they didn't have the top end pull. With the Hi-rev's you loose that snap that the mids have but you get a alot stronger mid-top power. I was on duncans support team and I got some good discounts on the pipes so I got to try both of them. If your running rockets now I would suggest the Hi-revs. I've never owned rockets but I'm guessing the Hi-revs would be more trail friendly with better bottom/mid power but I dont think they will have as good of top end as the rockets. dajogejr
Have you thought about Toomey T5's or FMF Fatties?
Animalman294
I really like my T-5's, I know there are better pipes out there, but these things are a great all around pipe.............

Mod Banshee
Yes I had the FMF Fatty pipes before I had the Rockets. But I am going to keep the Rockets now and get a bigger set of carbs

Those prices on that site are nothing special, to be honest. I know Jeff at Fast and Jim at Passion will sell them at that price or less. You could probably go to Shearer pipes direct and get 'em for that... Yes I had the FMF Fatty pipes before I had the Rockets. But I am going to keep the Rockets now and get a bigger set of carbs Good choice. I'm not a fan of the Rockets, I tried 'em, didn't like 'em...but, that was on a stock motor, even though on the site they claim "works great with a stock motor"...ha ha.. I would never get them for my cub, only because of the big problems by the previous owners of the company...there are a few guys that run 'em on this site and really like 'em. For the fit, finish and design...my RDZ/Shearer inframes are hard to beat....

KEVSWS6
KEVWS6... I got a reply in my email to this.. Did you delete your post? it was interesting... I did delete my post. I didn't want to stir anything up. If someone wants to buy pipes from me they can call me. I will do my best to beat anyone's price. Same goes with my port jobs. I'm just a garage hack so I cant hold a candle to the big guys. I've talked with and ordered things from Jeff. He is good people as I'm sure Jim is too. I know Matt is cool I have been to his shop more than once and do sell his pipes. Cheers Kevin
