biggun6ss
Live at 3200 ft, it's about 90 deg, mods include: Clamp on K&N's, Noss head with 21cc domes, T6's, timing advance +4, V Force 3's. I am currently running stock carbs with the needle in the middle, 310 mains, and 25 pilots. Does this sound about right?
wesw
Does this sound about right? does it run right. if so i would say yeah. just cause someone runs this or that doesnt mean it works for everyone. listen to your bike. and the numbers you gave sound like it should work. my guess. dajogejr
Yep, I agree with Wes. Generally...at sea level, you'd be "around" 330 to 350 mains with that setup. Drop one size main for roughly every 1000ft. Again, as Wes said, it's how your bike runs with your jetting...period. No one can tell you exactly what you should be running, they normally can get you close...then it's on you...
