Animalman294 Posted August 3, 2006 Report Share Posted August 3, 2006 First of all the porting is done on the cylenders and not the case. Second if you are talking about a 4 mil cub with 68 bore you do not have to trench the cases, but if you step up to a 7 mil you will. The cubs only need a clean up porting to get rid of casting residue, but you can do a full drag, dune port for more power..................... :beer: Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
dajogejr Posted August 3, 2006 Report Share Posted August 3, 2006 You can match case porting if you'd like, it is not neccessary... Simply put the correct gasket on the cases and marker where the gasket hits. I dremeled my cases myself. Just a little bit of grinding... You might get 1 to 2HP extra....MAYBE. No big deal, though...
