A. What do your plugs look like after a WOT run?

B. 22 inch snow shows...well...you might be better off with a 14 and a tooth or two less in the rear, IF the bike is jetted correctly... That's a big tire.

I'd be surprised if it didn't pull that...though...

A. I haven't checked them (stupid, yeah I know). I have oil on my silencers, so I assume I'm at least rich enough.

B. That IS a big tire (and it swells up even taller at higher speeds to probably a 23 or 4..maybe that's part of it) but the 22x11x8 10 paddle extremes that I'm going to run are the same size. That's mainly why I asked about the 15t. My Cubs are stock stroke if that matters,

Thanks :baseballcap_blue:

You answered your own question...

I'd say you're probably...too rich. But, forget the silencers, that could be oil AND water from a car wash...check the plugs...

It should pull a 16 tooth fine with 18 inch tires. It will be geared a little higher than stock, but not much. You'll be 1-2 mph faster in each gear. 15/41 with 18" tires is geared lower than stock gearing on 20s.

Try the 16, you'll probably like it.

He's not running 18's...he's running 22's. Big Difference!!

Read my post. Then read his original post, says 18 in holeshots. With 18's and a 16 tooth front sprocket his overall gearing will be slightly higher than stock, as in faster.

And animalman is right, 18" tires are alot easier to turn, because they not only weigh less, that weight is closer to the center of rotation. Takes less force (torque) to accelerate it.

Yeah,..sorry about that :ninja: . It was such a similar question that I had to ask. I think the original poster has enough info make a decision on the sprocket, though.

JMadd...I've been meaning to ask you, is there anyway to shorten up that sig? Half a page on a big screen is too much.

Do we really need to know about a past ride your insurance company bought cause you yard sale'd it...

Yeah...I can take that out. I'd like to ask the same of the one's will all the pics. I like to look at most of them, but it looks bad when I'm at work with big tits all over the screen.

Well...I'm 1/2 and 1/2 on that one.

How do you think your boss would feel if he knew you were surfing a 4Wheel ATV site all day, or even part of the day?

Oh well...whatcha gonna do?

I'd think it would be ok...................I'm the boss!
