banshee364
I just bought this bike and am rebuilding it form the ground up. When I first got it, it wouldn't idle and was fouling plugs left and right. I have the engine pulled apart now and figured I might as well go through the carb as well. What size jets should I be running for 5800 feet and about 90 degrees with little or no humidity? I don't know if mods matter with jetting, but here they are in case. Full Pro Circuit exhaust, Vito's racing crank, cylinders bored .020 over, K&N filter and Trinity stage IV 2 into 1 intake. Thanks for any help. superdave
I am at 4800 and I was at a 188 main jet, DEK needle in the middle....I forget what pilot jet I had in...hope this helps....DS
sredish
I was going to say 180 to 185 depending on how it runs. May be a 187, but you'll have to try them and see. DEK needle will work fine at that elevation.

differentstrokes
I had the same question and bansheeseat$$ told me to call Tim at Cascade Innovations which I did yesterday, I'd recommend the same to you. This guy knows his stuff with 2 into 1's, he's probably your best bet since Trinity seemed like they didn't want to help me to much with mine. letsgetthisdone
i'm running a 175 main and 52.5 pilot at 2200 feet with a stock port like you are so you should be leaner than i am on the main and pilot cuz of your higher elevation. Is that crank a stock stroke or a plus +4?
banshee364
The crank is a stock stroke. I put a 188 main in today. I also changed the pilot, I just can't rememeber what I put in at the moment. LOL. Anyway, we will see how this works. If it doesn't I will call Tim at Cascade.
