jetting sugestions please

i was just after a few people opinions on what jets to use. i am running DMC Aliens , pro design foam filter with adaptor plate, with air box lid on but slighty modified only slighty, boyesen dual stage power reeds with spacers, everything else is stock no porting standard carbies. riding sand dunes at sea level with maxxis rooster paddles and on pump gas. and help would be greatly appreciated thanks

If you altitude is between 0 and 1000 feet....

 

Just pipes alone and an aftermarket filter WITH lid on, 260 main to start.

 

YOu really need to post your mods, (which you did) temps you ride in and elevation going forward.

 

Take the lid off since you ride dunes, make sure you get an outerwear for the filter, and bump the main up to a 280, again...if you at or near sealevel.

Thanks...but I can't take credit. I saw it on here elsewhere, perhaps from benbb or sredish, in one of the stickies.

 

Ok...at sea level with pipes and a filter with the air box and lid, there is no way in hell you're lean with 300's.

 

About 260 is what you'll end up with.

Looks like he is at sea level to me...

 

"carbies" huh, must be an Aussie...

 

I see you're running the 300's now, if she clears out on the top end at full throttle then leave the 300's in there. You shouldn't be lean at all like dajogejr said.

 

Check the plugs to make sure.
