platinumjason Posted July 3, 2006 Report Share Posted July 3, 2006 Just bought a used pair of Pep's shocks and want to get the springs powder coated as they are chipped and what not and was thinking I probably need a special tool to compress the springs back down. Be sure to back the tension all the way off of the spring. If you run into any problems you can send the shock to us and we'll remove it (Free of charge).
