Can anyone tell me how to adjust Pancake bearing?

I put it alltogether+applied pressure to the arm untill all the play was gone.Then adjusted the threaded part to locate the arm about 1/8 inch to the outside of the adjustment mark on the case.Then i removed the pressure plate being carefull not to change the setting.With it off i put a wrench on the unit on the inside+tighened the locknut on the outside.It was a real monkey show,but it worked for me.

Yep that's how I did mine. Though I would describe the process as a "goat bang" as opposed to a "monkey show," but to each their own.
