knight_ripper
anyone use dura bend's hubs? says they are aluminum with steel inserts. my question is how long does it take for that insert to come out of the aluminum? I have spun thru my second set of Lonestar Aluminum Hubs and need something stronger. I most likely will go stock, but Im trying to find some chromoloy or titanium hubs for the shee. alba has titanium ones for 350-380. somthing like that. but that seems lik an awful lot o cash. whats your 2 cents? Justintoxicated
I just got some used but have not run them yet. Even the lonestars are supposed to be better than stock. I bent my stock one, but I did not strip it out. At least I think it is bent, but I'm not positive. It def looks like it flexed though cause paint came off it. In all honesty I think the Durablue is better than the lonestar, but does not look as cool.
rx7500hpt2
Ive only put one trip on mine thus far. Fit nice and tight on the splines. They don't look as good as the lonestar but they will last longer.
