bansheeseat$$
Check the gap on the pickup at the flywheel.
batoutofshell
would that cause 1 side to be weak? without effecting the other. its strong. What should the gap be if you know?
KlotzBanshee
Floats maybe? did you check the height when you had the carbs apart last? IDK
bansheeseat$$
20 thousands air gap at the raised trigger. You might want to check the gap at both raised triggers to see if there is a discrepancy.
WinNuke2003
I set mine at 22 thousandths. Should be 20 but its magnetic so a really tight 22 works. Also make sure you didnt swap the bowls on the carbs and your parking break is off. Good luck.
batoutofshell
I just thought about it and we swapped the plug wires and it didn't help so I would say the flywheel is out the question thats why I thought some type of carb issue. Floats maybe? did you check the height when you had the carbs apart last? IDK  didn't check the floats but never messed with them and no fuel coming out of the overflows

Handyman
This may ouns weird. but swap the needles to see if that effects anything. I had the same problem with mine and supposedly it was the needle causing the problems.

bigboybanshee
How clean is your air filter? I had an intermittent problem similar to this and my outerwear was clogged and didn't let enough air through for the bike to run properly. Just a thought
