Anybody running Paul Turners?

Recommended Posts

Won an ebay bid for a really nice looking set of Paul Turner pipes to replace my crappy TR-6s before they rust off the bike (show chrome, my ass). I know they are supposed to be a good low to mid pipe, just wondering if anyone has compared them to T-5s, FMF Fatties, or some other mainstream pipe I may have ridden.

I ran Paul Turner Hi-Rev's with a Patriot MX port and they worked really well. Smooth power and excellent Mid Range power. I switched over to T-5's, ordered some V-Force 3's and sent my cylinders to Jeff at FAST. I'll let you know the outcome in a week or so. :headbang:

I really liked my PT mids.  Smooth power and very strong bottom and mid.  Not quite the Top end power of a T-5 though.

I would agree with this 100%.

Bike did feel snappier...but T5s pull longer, harder, and up the RPMs more...

Depends on what kind of riding you do.

The PTs are the $hit! Lots, and I mean LOTS more bottom, still pull about the same on top as the TR6s did. Basically felt like I gained 10 HP due to the better bottom and mid power.

I love my Paul Turner mid range pipes!!!!!!!!!! I had fmf pipes and did some dyno testing I was getting 1 hp more on top with the fmf's but the PT pipes had 5-6 more ftlbs of torque and got up to speed faster then the fmf pipes. I can beat my buddy that has same mods as me and he has T5's. Great pipes! :headbang:
