Hollister_Hitman
The guy I talked to at elka said he needs my social security number when I order the shocks from them so that customs can tax me since they are coming from canada to california. Does this sound right?
DUNEDEMON
FUCK NO! I don't give my SSN to anyone. What's up with Elka? They can't build shocks to peoples specs right the first time so they are resorting to identity theft.

Hollister_Hitman
2 different people I talked to on the phone from elka said that and I am still waiting on an email response but on the customs website it looks like elka is right Edited May 17, 2006 by Hollister_Hitman
txblueshee
If that's true it's some law that's just been passed.... do yourself a favor and buy the shocks from baldwin or JB racing... east coast atv or even legacy atv... They'll be setup when you get them... www.j-hracing.com (918) 371-0101 That's johnny hale's race shop.. he reps elka... Mike

Fronts one order and rears another. I think I must have gotten mine in '04.

Hollister_Hitman
Well where do you live. I looked on the customs website and it turned out correct. It also depends on how much your order cost
