sheefreak
Better get a Clymers manual.
banshdog
you mean pistons off the rods?
13th Grave
Pull off your cylinders and take the circlips out with needle nose plyers and knock the sleeve through and they should come off but your best bet would be to get a clymers manual first. IamKazam
Yess, def. get a clymers. They explain things like this in a "step by step" procedure
MILO
i agree, definitely get a clymer's manual. it'll be the best $30 you ever spend on the shee. there's a small circlip on each side of the wrist pin that sits in a slot in the piston. there is a small open area in the piston where you can fit small needle nose in there to pull out the clip. make sure you have some rags covering the crank opening in case you drop the clip or you'll be into more than the top end. Hilarious
When you get the little c-clips off, its best not to "beat" the wrist pins out, putting stress on the crank. Yeh, get a clymers, they show you how to make a little tool to get the wrist pins out too.
