DIRTMAN350
Uplug the little black box up under the left side of the fuel tank. The tors will not keep it from starting. It will limit your throttle. Change the plugs and keep us updated.

ANGUS
Ok, just put in new plus and she will not start. I still have to unplug the t.o.r.s. black box to even get spark. I get fuel to each carb. (pulled hoses off to see) So, what the HECK is keeping it from starting? Carb issues maybe? Something stuck? I see 79 people viewed and only 2 comments posted. I know that many people are not as new as I am to Banshee's...... C'mon guys! I'll run by the local shop to talk with them and maybe get some answers. fastbanshee8
Pull both carbs, one at a time, and clean them. It's possible that you got some water in them. Water will stick to the inside of the passages, and the inside of the carb, jets, etc. Water can and will block off the jets, not allowing any fuel to pass through. Just a thought.
