Duner440
I thought this was already resolved?!?! Jesus Christ - adhesive side down next time!! Seriously though, Jeff wouldnt be so backed up right now if he didnt have that back injury that he has been fighting for a while. If your motor was damaged, I am sure Jeff would have taken care of it. No sense in bitching if nothing was wrong. The fact that he works out of his shop (20ft from his house) isnt always a good thing. Alot of the time he works all day, goes in for supper, and then comes back out to the shop only to go back in when his kids are walking out the door for school the next day. Give your business a few years and then get back on here and be all cheery! Its not all good times. Trust me though, you will love your motor. FASTOYS
So, What do guys think about those GAS prices eh?? Come back in from my" 20 feet from the shop" after midnight AGAIN, and here is all this drama. Wheeewwwwh Faster, WTF man? THis was settled a long time ago and there never was a real problem in the first place! Faster Quote": Just the point of what could have happend seeing how mine barelly made it Anything COULD of happened but it didnt and you still bring it up.. The box it left here in was in great shape, and evidently by the time it got to you they had drop kicked it off the truck , ran over it in the drive, rolled it down the hill , power-washed it , whatever and it still made it without a scratch! Not knowing you from Adam and living clear across the country, i even trusted you and sent your motor out without the total $ bill being paid in full yet . NO other builder would have done that. On your behalf (or at least your Moms) you did send the money later. Again , i thought this was all taken care of via pm's and your other post which YOU deleted. Faster Quote:" Yah thats sum bullshit too if this guy has such top notch service then why the fuck is he taking so many orders while hes already behind. Yes we are plum buried with work right now ( No more porting/major engine work till August unless we have a miracle and get caught up) but I still hafta take "Parts Orders", phone calls , walk ins , etc. ! Thats why! Lets let this go as i dont have time for all the drama. Enjoy your motor! To everyone else, THANKS for the props as you can plainly see running a fulltime (8 days a week) ATV busisness is no cherry.

I'm sorry...but if this isn't a direct statement of one's character and willingness to help others, I don't know what is. Sorry for adding one more to this already tired and over dramatized thread...but, all my buddies at the dunes two weekends ago couldn't believe their ears as much as Jeff tried to help me with my "little" motor on a weekend.... Jeff...you da bomb...those of us that have worked with you know it, and it's why we keep calling and coming back for more...
Banshee0028
Well, let me just give a quick prop to Jeff.... I spoke to him for maybe 20-30 mins total before sending out my jugs to get bored and Ported! He took his time to going over all my different options and made recomendations based on my current setup and riding style. I send him a BOAT-LOAD of PM's which he replied to EACH ONE!! I have complete confidence in his work, and am sure I will be even more happy once I get them back and take it for a ride! Also, he has only had my cylinders for ONE week, and told me up front how long it could take, so incase they took a little longer than he thought, there would be no surprises. Jeff, keep up THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

RNBRAD
Well I'm sure a lot of business owners realize that you can't please everyone. Some people can't be pleased no matter what you do for them. As for product packaging, you could take a padded steel container and UPS or FED-EX could turn it into a smashed soda can in no time. It's just part of the hit and miss with shipping items. sheefreak
Off the subject, but probably is a good thing. Thanks Jeff for the fast shipping and having exactly everything I needed in Stock ready to go!
