Animalman294
I was just wondering why when you look at swingarms you get then in even 2 inch increments. I do majority dune and logging road runnin' and was thinking about a +5. I hear that +4 is great for duning and a +6 is good for dragging, so with a cub motor would a +5 be better than the +4? Just a thought, because you can order them any length..........
odaen
not sure why they standardize on 2" increments, kinda like cranks. saw an add for a 3mil stroker the other day, have heard of 5mm and 6mm strokes too. anyway, the shorter swingarm you can get away with the better. I personally have a +4 on my 4mm cub and it's a handfull. but, my bike is a duner first and foremost so, I'm not gonna budge on going over 4 inches. you can change gearing and paddles to help compromise the shorter arm. Animalman294
Yea, that's what I was thinking. I just thought that I would ask the question, but yes I already thought about the gearing and paddle thing. thanks man....................
