billsbilletbanshee
Building a 4mil cub. Everyone is suggesting 22/10/8. The question is how many paddles. Oh yeah I'm running a 6+ swinger.

Geoff
you better hold on off the line. I've got stock bore with 9 paddle extremes and a +6 with damp sand I was ripping the front end up.
badassbanshee479
I was running 11 extream super lites 22-11-8 on my 421 with an 8 over last year and I had to buy a 10 over, it was a handful to launch and not wheelie the crap out of it. good luck with all that tire!! 9603banshee
anything over a 10 paddle with a +6 swinger is way tooooo much....you'll find out shortly it looks like!!
BigRed350x
I run 9 paddle extremes with a +4 swinger on my 4mm cub. But I'm a BIG guy and my weight keeps it down pretty good. If the sand is tacky though it will climb the front end up in 1st 2nd and sometimes 3rd. It's hard to keep the front end down a lot of times. I like to jump and do more than just sand though, so the +4 is ideal.
billsbilletbanshee
I'm building the same motor and swingarm and same paddles, what are you doing about gearing? Well been to the sand three times now, Let me see gearing 14\46. Second gear start yup hold on!
