1000dollabill Posted April 10, 2006 Report Posted April 10, 2006 well pipes blued on the first run (procircuits), bought this stuff at murray's discount auto for $5. It's called "blue magic" says it's just an all metal polish, doesn't even mention blueing. it just happens to be a blue goop. This shit, sos pad, and ol' fashion elbow grease and the pipes look BRAND SPANKING NEW. Quote

Shines em up, but the blueing didnt change 519790[/snapback] yeah, that's what i thought at first. did i mention it took a shitload of elbow grease. I also used a wheel and tire brush. it's a lot like a sos pad with a handle. a whole lot of type movements. oh well, i know this was the magic goop in my case. later, bill Quote
differentstrokes Posted May 27, 2006 Report Posted May 27, 2006 I use some blue magic chrome polish in the bigger bottle that's more of a liquid on my head pipes and it' s pretty good. A hell of alot cheaper than mother's. Quote
lowriderb Posted May 29, 2006 Report Posted May 29, 2006 another thing ive done before is use some high temp paint down the neck of the head pipes.. that will help against the bluing before you run them.. Quote
Snake Posted October 2, 2006 Report Posted October 2, 2006 I use this stuff on my exhaust tips and chromed engine parts on my mustang works great. Once i get a banshee and put some pipes on it if they turn blue which im sure they will ill just leave it i kinda like the look of it.. Quote
