cowlamb
Hey, I am thinking of buying a banshee this summer or fall. Depending on when i have the $. I will be riding on ditches, gravel roads and fields. Would a banshee work for this type of riding? If not what quad would you suggest? At the moment i ride a old YZ125 at least i will when its fixed. thnx
98bonerSTOCKshee
if you gotta ask then I would say no! Buy a moped...
BansheeBrian
Ditches? Gravel roads and open fields you'd have fun on with a banshee. If you had access to a few decent sandpits up there in Manitoba you should get one.
gipperz
There a blast to ride, they'll take alot of your extra cash, cause once you get a taste, you'll want more. Possabilities are endless when it comes to the banshee. They can be addicting. Happy hunting.
cowlamb
Is there any known problems with banshees? I have heard the airbox is a bad design; is that true? Yah, it would be open fields like hay fields and grain fields I have seen people saying thats performance pipes make a huge difference to a banshee`s power; is that so? How high do you have to rev them before you hit the powerband aproximately? How much of a hit does the powerband have? Because with my 125 its like a surge of power that you can feel. is that what its like on a banshee? srry for all the questions. thnx

If I remember correctly, he drove out of that ditch/ hole with some bad ass looking blue fullbore plastics and some new shiny rims and a new frame. THe moral to this story could be that shootin your bike into a ditch isnt always a bad thing. Edited March 31, 2006 by Hilarious
ogre03
Yeah, I'd say all in all, that ditch turned out to be a pretty good investment for Ellison.
