14 days? Thats kind of stupid. As long as the thing doesn't show signs of abuse, why not accept it (then inspect it) after 30 days or more?

What I think is funny about this is I know Yamaha frames are made quick. Its obvious. But you'd think all of the frames would be close enough you could shim or tweak the nerfs enough to fit. Not have a 1" gap. They're jig welded and I'd assume they're welded with robots being its quicker, and a robot doesn't complain that much.

I think if Loco's frame was "tweaked" enough to have a 1" gap, something would be wrong. Wrong enough he'd see his frame was fucked up.

After I twisted my frame, I had 1" difference in peg height. I nose dived off of a 12-15 foot dune, and I counted how many times I heard it slam the ground. Total count including the first initial impact was 4. The frame was junk after that.

I just don't see the frame being the fault here if his bike isn't trashed and/or his peg isn't tied in a knot. :shrugani:

Take some more pics and e-mail them to the guy if you have not already. Take overalls to show your bike isn't f'd up and ask him to explain why they don't fit. Worth a shot.

haha yea i should. i posted this info on yfzcentral also...

This is funny, but I started riding quads when I was 10. I'm 31 now, so that means I have 21 years of experience. Even though I'm not out riding every day does it still count as 21 years?

Honestly, I started riding a bicycle when I was about 4. So can I count those years as years of experience too? That would bump it up to an impressive 27 years.

God, people will think I'm a genius. I'm going to have my years of experience put on my business cards now.

haha yea, ura genius. put on ur cards, "with 27 years of experience"...i bet theyll be like, experience in what...

stan: "well u know, just experiencing everything!!"
