sandman121383 Posted February 28, 2006 Report Share Posted February 28, 2006 good news everyone. maybe u haven't heard but the reading coal company is going to allow people to ride on property in Reading . year passes cost $100 and if u catch someone dumping or something ull get a year pass for turning them in. maybe some other people have more detailed info. but i thought i'd just spread the word hoping someone would chime in. if not i'll find a link or some info somewhere for all who are interested. the story was on newswatch 16 just the other night. You must apply in person for the permit and provide your drivers license, registration and proof of insurance. Permits will be issued to children between the ages of 12 and 16 with proof of a valid training certificate for ATV riding or hunting. Cost is $100.00 per person. Maps are not available showing Reading Anthracite Company properties. Property locations can be checked by using the Schuylkill County parcel locator website.
