i got out the grinder and took off the parking brake bracket part of the perch. it's ground down flat and looks just like a regular perch. a little black paint to cover up the grinding marks and a little time was all i had in it. here's a pic

Clutch perch will clean up the mess of the parking brkae. I have a "Sun Line"? I think. Motion Pro makes them too. Get whatever they have in stock. I went with black.

Don't waste your money on the "parking brake block off". That has to be THE biggest, most pointless waste of money for a bike.

the block off plate is only $10 too. sure looks alot better than having the clunk of junk left on there. less shit to work around when messing with the brakes too. and i'm sure the weight reduction is pretty signicant as well :PB)

Looks smooth! Something always looks better knowing you created yourself.

I'm having a hard time understanding the purpose of the electrical plug you removed from the perch. How to remove or where does the other end remove from? Does it affect your performance?

WTF?

Okay..... I guess if you don't want a clean look to your ride, you could leave the sweet looking  brake linkage on, and go spend the $10 on a latte. :yelrotflmao:

If anything, the block off looks WORSE. All it does is put a big shiny chunk of metal over a smooth black piece. All the block off does is attract attention.

smooth? black peice? hmmm, so do you recomend he leaves the parking brake bullshit on or just take it off and leave it open? LOL dont ever go into cascade you would probably get an upset stomach over all the "attention getters"
