Old Two-Smoke
Yesterday I pulled the engine on my 05 tore it down, and installed a 4 mill crank and 68mm Cub. It was dark when I finished so I just did 3 heat cycle's and went for a short ride around the house. Today I took it out for a few runs... it is the shit. It smokes the tires in 2nd and 3rd wheelies 4th and 5th. 6th gear just keeps pulling now my wife wants one too....

Old Two-Smoke
F.A.S.T...You should enclose a roll of velcro when you sell these parts to an old guy like me It would sure help me hang on. Now if I can just figure out how to keep my wife on her own machine.
banshee tuner
The best way to keep her on her own bike is to build it up also, I wish I could get my wife to ride.

kb7kuh
My wife rides a Brun 4X4 I guess it's better than her not riding at all. I did a ground up restore on a 2001 Warrior that turned out nice, but she did not want it so I sold it for about 3 times what I had into it. Then she had the nerve to ask for some cash
Old Two-Smoke
I finally got time to get back on this project. It has about 6-7 hours on it now. I did a WOT plug chop ended up with a nice 2.5 mil brown ring. Did a few hours of mid throttle position and the end of the plug is brown at the center of the ground strap and black at the base. After having done that, I turned my oldest daughter loose on it, she wheelied the first three gears and told me ( have fun riding your new blaster dad I am keeping this) Shit Jeff looks like I am going to be looking for two more Banshees now. Will you be able to supply the velcro with the next couple of kits? we need help holding on.
creamsickle
what carbs are you running and what is your jetting. what pipes and what elevation.
Old Two-Smoke
Stock carbs--The jetting depends totaly on the density altitude the temps here change alot. Last month it got up to 70, yesterday I rode at 26 degrees. T-5s on the pipes std elevation is 3950.

badassbanshee479
I second that!! through some bigger carbs on and some shearer pipes and you will need double rows of velcro!! have fun with your new setup
