g-force
i dont know what you can do legally, but stay away from the dealerships. if you cant do the repairs yourself theres a good shop up the road, hy-tech atv at the 10 and the yucaipa exit. see robert he is a good guy. Shee-Male
You should have kicked up a fuss when you picked it up, taking it home and paying the bill means you have accepted the work and payed for it, if they had done work that was not on the work order then you should not have paid it. Now that its at another shop the dealership can wash their hands of it because whatever damage that was incured at the dealership can be blamed on the new shop. You could go to a lawyer and have a fancy letter written up and see if you can get some money back but it will prolly cost more. Personally the Banshee engine is so simple that I wouldn't pay anyone to work on it, I would only pay for machine work and assemble the rest myself. There is plenty of info on this site as you well know. Chalk it up to experiance
banshee tuner
It sounded like they were screwing you every since the original post you started. I would go talk to a lawyer but it is hard to beat a mechanics shop in court. Report them to the better business bureau.

Gargamel
I like to make a little flyer that says how they screwed me. Stand right out front of the store and pass them out. I just do it once with about 50 flyers. I have had the shop owners come out and try and work out deals, but I never take it if it has gone that far. You can hurt them 10x the cost they took from you. Some people may think your a crazy person but most thank you and get back in thier car I have more time then money to waste in court. Good Luck. THey told me I could stand on the sidewalk on the street (4 stores down) but that the sidewalk and asphalt in front of the store are private property.
