txblueshee
Anybody watching this bullshit... seems like all they know how to do is flips... guess they should change the name to moto-X best flip... Mike
Shee-Male
I like the "stripper" , and ya I'm with you, getting sick of the backflips!
locogato11283
flips are weak, my granny learned them 3 months ago.

bansheeryder_69
freestyle is like golf or hillclimbing. gets boring quick but could you imagine the rush of actually doing a backflip? Freestyle is for the guys that came in last in MX and can't compete. 466398 unless its pastrana
rebelbanshee2
unless its pastrana 466451 It applies to him too..he hasnt FINISHED a race since he won the 125 class way long ago. The backflip has gotten waaaayyy old. I was mildly entertaining a couple years ago when they would do a variety of neat tricks. it almost like it was many years ago when the only tricks were heelclickers, nac nacs and can cans. except now they do those same tricks in a backflip A buddy of mine has a good analogy. "freestyle is to motocross as figure skating is to hockey." 466507 Wow, that hurts....I am not a big freestyle fan and had the thought that Freestyle was for those who could not race. Then I was up close and personal at a show, gave me a whole new respect for those guys. Watching it on TV just does not do it justice. Seeing 6 bikes jumping at the same time in opposite directions doing Kiss of deaths and whips that are basically upside down live is flat out impressive. Ive been riding/racing since I was three and I cant do a fraction of the stuff those guys put on. I tip my visor to those guys. RJV
reded
I agree, the flip is getting old, though Pastrana did put a new twist on it with the double backflip. I don't get into freestyle too much and have much more respect for the guys who can put in 20 hard laps every weekend!

I'm waiting for the 1080 also.

I work 5 days a week outa town.. bout the only thing I get to do is ride ramps unless I go to the local track and race blind.... Hitting 3 different ramps trained together facing different directions is a feeling I can't describe in words ... IMO both are about equally taxing on the body at the end of the day but the margin for error in freestyle is pretty fucking slim... Cotton eyed Joe
From my point of view, both MX and freestyle riders are doing something so far beyond my level it isn't even funny. As far as backflips are concerned, even though it does get boring, the act itself takes talent, timing and big huge hairy balls. If you look closely, sometimes they are hanging off the side of the tank as the guy flips through the air. I can't say I ever get sick of seeing the back flips. I've got to see an arena MX race from one of those sky boxes, same with a freestyle show, and being there is 0908097867326423 times better in person than on TV. Plus, I can't hear the wife over the motorcycles at the arena, and here, she can mute the tv.
PUSH THE THROTTLE
and big huge hairy balls.466856 I don't know CEJ anymore some of those guys look like they may have a freshly shorn scrotum.

I'll never do one... Just I get tired of knowing what trick the next rider is going to pull.... What happened to the ssg to dead body combos and shit... quads are catching up with the quickness... caleb already has the KOD indian air no hander lander in his bag of tricks.... At the last TX show Steve w. threw down a ssg to heel clicker over a 45 ft gap... down right nutty... Mike
