RNBRAD
I don't think you will make it till next winter. I would get new pistons in there asap unless you at like 10,000 feet.
banshee tuner
How hard is your bike to crank and how does it run? Did you have the throttle wide open while doing the compression test.

You have a fresh rebuild according to this altitude.

We're at about 4800 feet or so, and even with my shaved head its pushing about 155 PSI. You should be more than that even. I'm about 20CC's or so. You should be in the 160's I'm thinking. A rebuild aint hard right now where you're at. A rebuild is a real bitch when a ring breaks up at 8000rpm, on the backside of Sand Mountain, and chews the shit out of everything from your head to your crank and rod bearings. greg_banshee
I'd do a rebuild, i'm at pretty much see level here in Nova Scotia (Canada) and my Shee has stock pistons in it & its a 99 only had one ring change, we checked it, it had 120psi a side just before summer ran Great all summer started 1st kick everytime ! now thats what i call reliablility ! haha and i don't putt around on it. but i am doing a rebuild this upcomming spring just before summer because i know i don't want shit to fly apart inside flying down a dirt road wide open haha & just like Shee-Male said ... "spend a little now or spend ALOT very soon" u can get a Wiseco Kit with all gaskets, pistons, rings, clips, wrisp pin bearings, etc everything needed for rebuild & then all u need is ur local machine shop or where ever ur gona get it boar'd/honed out at to do it then ur ready to go. Good luck.
