I have no personal expereince with them........But I have down lots of research and judging by what I have seen I think they would be pretty good...That is why I started the topic. After looking at pictures I really think that the pyramid would be a good way to go. But any way I just am curious. I am just tring to figure out everyone's opion.

Thanks Guys

They LOOK cool, worked good over stock on a stock bike. But the V Force worked alittle better. Went through a couple of sets of petals in no time at all ! Called Duncan and they said "yeah , they will need to be replaced every 10 hours or so". Im out on that crap! :flush: The stock reeds never broke, the V Force never broke, all on the same motor! Better than stock ? YES Worth replacing every 10 hours or so at $50 each ? NO Just my .02 and what ive seen as an engine builder!

So the V-Force 2's are not being made any more and the replacement petals are going to be available for a while, but do the 3's perform as good as the 2's? I bought the 2's a while back , but haven't installed them yet. After reading a little about the 3's I think that maybe I'll send the 2's back and get the 3's. With the new snap in design has anyone ever heard of these things failing? I heard the 2's were proven, but I have been hearing good things about the 3's.

No problem sandman! :headbang: It might pay to keep an extra set of stock cages or something in your tool box when you go riding.

Animalman, i will trade you out a new set of 3s for your new 2s. Click on FASTOYS and give me a call if interested.

I read the biggest differance between the V-force 2s and 3s was they had a few problems with the screws coming out and falling into the motor on the 2s. A slight re-design (locktite :shrugani: ) solved the problem. Anyway, if you run V-force 2s, you might want to locktite the screws.
