RNBRAD
Is her blood pressure uncontrolled with the bedrest? If not the only way to stop it is to take the baby. The doctor may not want to risk the mother as the baby may already be at a healthy weight. Hearts and prayers with you RJV. Personally I wouldn't sweat it and enjoy the moment, it happens pretty often

MILO
Wife and I went to the doctor for a check up yesterday on the baby. They had been watching her blood pressure as it had been rising over the last couple weeks. They put her on bedrest yesterday. This morning we got a call from the doctor telling us we needed to come in to the hospital and that we were going to have a baby in the next day or two. We are 5 weeks early and I am not sure what is going on. This is our first so I am a little nervous about her being early and why they now see such an immediacy to the situation. Please pray for us and Alyssa Brooke, our daughter to be. Thanks guys. RJV 454688[/snapback] my prayers were answered about 7wks ago with a healthy baby boy, by c-section due to being breached. we tried to have him turned but it didnt' work. he was only 2 days early, but nonetheless, is was very nerve-racking. especially watching the whole procedure being done. any 'complication' is tough to deal with emotionally and mentally, but trust in the Lord and he'll take care of you and your family to be. rjvoight
First of all, you guys are awesome! Thanks for the thoughts and prayers and encouraging words. All is well, mom is fine and baby is perfect. They are treating her as "normal" with no probs so far. She came early because of moms blood pressure and some other issues. Come to find out as she was delivered the cord was wrapped around her neck twice! If she had gone much longer we would have had some major problems. As it is, God is perfect in his knowledge and sent her to us a little early. We have a couple days at the hospital left but things are in great shape. Here are some picks of the newest 5lb BHQ princess! Thanks again, RJV
