UNITED_BANSHEE_10 Posted December 22, 2005 Report Posted December 22, 2005 What are the best pipes for the Banshee? T5's or T'6s? .. some say FmF are better and some say intall Pro-curcuits and pistins? what do you guyz think ? please reply Quote
speed_demon Posted December 22, 2005 Report Posted December 22, 2005 it really depends on the mods, T6 are great for bolt on shit but after porting the T5 are usally better Quote
hittintrees srh Posted December 22, 2005 Report Posted December 22, 2005 IMHO- T5's are probably the best alround pipes for banshees. Quote
Animalman294 Posted December 23, 2005 Report Posted December 23, 2005 I have been running T-5's for 2 years and in my opinion yes they are the all around pipe. They do pretty good with stroked and poked motors, and yes there are better pipes for this purpose, but they hold there own.......... Quote
Hulio-mv Posted December 23, 2005 Report Posted December 23, 2005 i currently run pcs but t5s are better for modded motors and you will be modding Quote
bansheeryder_69 Posted December 23, 2005 Report Posted December 23, 2005 t5's are probably the best all around pipe available plus they respond good to motorwork one place where the t6's flop. just my .02 Quote
iceman Posted December 23, 2005 Report Posted December 23, 2005 didnt want to start a new thread but do you guys think fmfs and pcs react as well to porting as t5s? Quote
fastbanshee8 Posted December 23, 2005 Report Posted December 23, 2005 My Fatty's responded real well to the porting, but the porting was done to compliment the pipes, not work against them. Whoever does the port work, either needs to know what pipes you have, or recommend the pipes to run, for things to work good. Quote
RIPPEN Posted December 24, 2005 Report Posted December 24, 2005 I loved my t5s, run hard and sound great RIPPEN Quote
rocketboy Posted December 25, 2005 Report Posted December 25, 2005 (edited) ive tested porting arrangements on pro circuits before and had really impressive results with 192 ex and 126 transfers. thing would wheely hard in higher gears.felt just as strong as the ported bikes w/ t5s ive done i n the past Edited December 25, 2005 by rocketboy Quote
UNITED_BANSHEE_10 Posted December 28, 2005 Author Report Posted December 28, 2005 Does the T5 need porting ? Quote
Turbobanshee_kid Posted December 28, 2005 Report Posted December 28, 2005 T5's all the way i have them on my bike so that should say it all! Quote
JARE77 Posted December 28, 2005 Report Posted December 28, 2005 T5's are one of the coolest sounding pipes on the market if not the coolest! I run fatty's and they respond very well to ported motors. You can't go wrong with either pipe in my opinion. Quote
race-a-holic Posted December 29, 2005 Report Posted December 29, 2005 The T-5 is the one to get when compared to the T-6 in my opinion. The T-5 is great with or without porting. They do sound good.Chrome is also really good too. Quote
