Hand grip problem

So I replaced my handlebars because they were broken (cause I rolled it on the trail and the throttle and brake part broke off on my leg!) The clutch side grip went on with no problems nice snug fit, only used a little bit of glue. The throttle / brake side is really loose, slips on/off with no problems, there is like a quarter inch gap inbetween the grip and the bar. Did I get handlebars for a bike and thats where the twist throttle is? Anyway you suggest fixing this? I thought about getting the little plastic thing (twist throttle) and gluing the grip to that then glue the plastic thing to the bars? Or is there a smaller grip I should go get for that side?

I hated my Tag Grips and would recomend Renthal grips + Renthal grip glue...My Tag Grips only lasted 1 trip to the dunes.. and after less than a season I had worn almost compleatly through the grip, I do admit they were comfy while they lasted that first trip though.

Yeah, I won't get another grip besides renthal again. I've been running the soft half waffles for at least a year now, and not only do they feel great, but they haven't worn hardly at all either.

The best grips I have ever used and the ones on my bike are they foam ones. Dont think bad about them till you try them. They are so comfortable, I dont even use gloves and never get blisters. Wait I do use gloves only at night time because it gets cold. The foam also acts like a shock absorber too. Try them out. if you dont like them they are only 8 bucks. Everyone in my group uses them and there are 14 of us. I used to use nice rubber ones with gloves and still get blisters. I hated taking the extra time to put on my gloves too after every beer break in the dunes. I hope someone else uses these and can back me up.
