badbanshee01
Hi, I know many people have asked "what pipe they should get" but I searched and couldn't find a direct answer. I am looking for a pipe that will give me more power everywhere. I don't want a dune pipe or a 2 into 1 pipe, I want one with alot of bottom and mid and a little more top end. I ride around my field here and on my lake in the winter so I would like some more bottom and mid power since there is barely any right now. I plan on keeping my bike nearly all stock except for pipes, no porting or anything. thanks alot

rocketboy
theres really no such pipe that will give yo u awesome lowend, midrange ,and topend power gains ,most aftermarket pipes tend to move the power band upward .the closest thing IMO is toomey t5's
badbanshee01
I would get pt's midrange but they are so dang expensive! I was thinking along the lines of Bills,Pro Circuit, DMC Aliens, TR-6 or FMF fatty. Which one of these pipes will work the best for a all around pipe? blueshee03
i agree with rocketboy.t5's are probally best choice for what yoou want.
Banchetta
i agree with rocketboy.t5's are probally best choice for what yoou want. 447617 Ok............you guys should actually try a midrange pipe before replying that there isn't a pipe that will give low end power.... Pt mids give the most low end power for a twin pipe. They WILL give a lot more bottom end then stock, the most midrange of any pipe w/ great top end gains...as for the next closest fmf gnarlies, fmf sst's, Bills, and dmc in that order... Guest nightmare
I have a set of pro circuits, and I love them. They have a nice low to mid range hit in them. Never had a set of paul turners so I can't help you there.

rocketboy
I think what they were trying to say was that there really isn't a pipe that has it ALL...bottom, mid, and top. thats what i meant
Justintoxicated
Fattys give you more peak HP than T5's except at top throughout the band, btu T5's are better quality IMO, and give you a couple mroe HP on top. I'd pick one of those 2. Or shit just buy mine lol. Stock pipes will probably give you the msot low end, if you need lowend that bad get a 4-stroke. kenr74
I have tried a bunch of pipes and always end up keeping my Fattys. They are a great all around pipe.
Banchetta
I think what they were trying to say was that there really isn't a pipe that has it ALL...bottom, mid, and top. I agree with you though, the PT mids have awesome low and mid range power, just not much top end. I still have my PT's sitting in the garage for when I build my next banshee for XC My suggestion would be either Fattys or T5's 447979 The Pt's don't have as much top as other aftermarket pipes, but they do have a lot more than stock....so they do give more low, mid and top than stock.....where most other pipes only have more mid and top... righteyeblind
In my opinion Toomey's are so popular because of the unique sound. FMF SST's have the best mid-range power IMO. Just my 2 cent's
