Please spread them out in the rest of what you wrote so everybody can understand it. I don't care who any of you are but I think that if you got screwed out of $650 that you'd be pissed too. It doesn't matter if the screwer is your friend, enemy, gay or straight. For a second i wasn't sure if he was speaking some form of hybrid language that no one is supposed to understand I agree with your second point also. The guy just wants what he has paid for and what he is asking is not out of line. People get busy, people get behind, but to not call or offer any sort of compromise is not good. To me it just looks like Loco is fighting back the only way he can and that is to make his problem public as to get the guys attention. Its what I would have done and after seeing all this I know I wont spend any money with this guy. Is it because he looks goofey, is it because he is mean, is it because he is into art? But when you don't respond to your customers there's no excuses. He could have easily made things right earlier by answering to Loco and he didn't. I thought it was wierd he had time to be on here posting once or twice (whatever) and was on here again this afternoon lookin around and STILL hasnt answered Loco's questions. I agreee , he could have made things right, maybe. lol. I can think of 650 reasons he should be trying to get ahold of Loco via phone, pm , paper airplane or whatever! You get your choice of the colors of plexi or billet too. locogato11283 Posted December 13, 2005 Author Report Share Posted December 13, 2005 yea i should have just got them from jeff..this guy pmed me and then called me. seemed like a good guy with a pretty good price and so i thought, what the hell..i had already sent him out a stock cover when jeff pmed me about gettin covers from him..i even talked to jeff on the phone about it and almost said fuck this other guy and still went ahead and bought some from jeff..i wish i would have now. this guy has been online several times in the last few days but still offers no response. sounds like a deadbeat to me. and to top it off i even tried to call him a few more times the other day and all i get is his voicemail with no return call...in the beginning i had no reason to think anything was wrong or think he was an idiot like he is. he was good with communication for about 3 weeks then it went to hell. oh well, i seriously doubt this guy will have too many customers from ppl on the hq now. everyone can see how his customer service is...TERRIBLE... I also paid him extra the the cover he sent me since I don't have one to send back to him because I haven't got the core for the others yet. I have decided because of this transaction that I will no longer take prepayment on any order. Just let me know what you want and you can pay me when it comes in this way if it is taking longer then you expected you can go some place else all I ask is that you let me know that you are doning so . Not only did he work out a custom color combo for me, but he also did it under a tight time frame. Not only that, he offered to hold back the item at his residence, and install it onto my bike on the way to the dunes...Free of charge. Of course I didn't follow up on his offer, simply because I dont like anyone turning wrenches on my bike but ME. Switchblade seems like a pretty good guy to deal with (from my experience), but someone apparently dropped the ball on this one.. wether it be switchblade, Direct Drive, or Loco I dont know. Either way.. it turned out sour, which kinda sucks for both Loco and Switchblade. Oh yeah, the guy that was yellin at you was saying..."LOCO!!..Eds in here stealin stuff!!"
