BRAKES!

With some long enough lines ya you might be able to do it. Question is why? You use your front brakes 90% more than the rear, and you wanna have better control over those front brakes or you risk some serious carnage. Pretty much the only time I use my rears is if I'm power sliding or yelling "OH SHIT" simultaneously.

I'm the oppisite, Iuse mostly my rear brakes, when I touch my front brakes I tend to slam into the handle bars. Only time Iuse my front brakes is when I need to stop from rolling down a dune backwards, or in an instance where I need to stop extremaly fast. Plus it is much easier to access the brake pedal than the lever. At least for me...

why? because im used to do wheelies on a bicycle... when my balance point is too high, i hit the rear brakes. im afraid to balance my banshee cuz im not used with the rear brakes... another question. what do i need to make my lines longer? and how much would it cost?

sorry for my poor english... hope u all understand.

You'd probably have to buy hose by the foot and the end fittings + tools to crimp them on. Then you'd have to route the hoses so as not to risk melting or kinking them anywhere. I dunno man, sounds like a major pain in the ass for just trying to avoid learning how to properly use a foot brake.

Just my two cents... but you might not be able to. Just a question of whether the two master cylinders put out the same amount of PSI. You have to think that your front master on the bars is running two calipers, and your rear master is only running one. So just by those numbers you would probably be able to run the rear with the front master, but running the front with the rear master may not work. It may not provide enough clamping action to actually work. It may provide enough to work the pistons in the caliper, but enough clamping force probably won't be there. Just something to think about.

And you felt the need to dig up a 10 month old post why???

And after looking at like the next 10 in a row...you dug up a ton of old posts...why?

If you're bored, PM night...he'll keep you entertained.

Unless you have breaking news or something worthwhile to add...can you please let old posts die???

I'm glad you asked....let me explain.

People come here for help, would you agree? Such as you're doing right now...

There's probably a good chance those who had issues damn near a year ago have them solved by now....if not, you should PM them to try and help....and you ALREADY DID make new posts...on old threads. As I pointed out...a ton of them....

Meanwhile the folks who have posted here in the last day or two...or even the last week...get their post shuffled down to the bottom because you're bored and feel like diggin up not 1, not 2...but about 10 old threads to say ha ha....

Be a little more considerate for those members trying to get help and learn. Nothing wrong with learning, we all do that every day. But give some courtesey to those with problems right now...not those that had issues 10 months, 6 months or 3 months ago....

That is fair...isn't it??
