temp around here in from spring to fall is .. i'm gona say 15, 20 degrees C.

at running tempature when run for 1/2 hr or so is 170 degrees F.

The best way to tell is to do a plug chop. If your airbox is closed, the temps won't affect it as much and you won't have to go up but 1, maybe 2 sizes on the main (just guessing). If your airbox lid is off, or your airbox is removed, the cold air will have more effect (because there is more air) and you may be required to go up even more on the main jet. If I were you, I would go up 2 jet sizes, check the plugs, and go from there. If you're still lean, go up another size, etc.

I am running 370 mains right now, temps in the 30s, elevation under 1500ft. Mods are FMF Fattys, K&N and no lid. If I put the lid on, it's rich (stumbles at WOT). With the lid off, it rips.

Do the choke test. Warm the bike up, then pop the choke out half way (half choke). If it runs better at WOT with the choke, it's lean.
