aschultz91
Im getting some a arms for quicksand motorspots and can't decide what finsih to get. How well does chrome stay if your riding in fields and such. I like chrome but if it get ruined quickly i would rather get powdercoat lowers and chrome uppers. also, what colors go good wtih candy blue. Like i know black and red look really nice together. im trying to stay away from silver. thanks
bigboybanshee
I would go with PC'd lower arms and the chrome upper. I imagine the chrome would get scratched up fairly quick riding through fields/ trails. I think yellow looks great with blue, check out DMC banshee's ride
PUSH THE THROTTLE
Yep, chrome the uppers and pc the lowers. Not sure what would look best with blue, DMC's does look sweet but you could always try something different.
grounded
You'd be suprised how well it holds up maybe brad can answer. Think of the chrome bumpers on your truck , and how much crap hits them. They'll hold up fine.
TheBansheeMan86
if your frame is blue, i would get your lower arms in black and uppers in chrome. that would look sick
CombatTalon2
I have PCd lowers (black) and chrome uppers. the PC holds up great. I do some desert riding and then ride the dunes the rest of the time. Good choice on the QS arms. they are awesome!

Justintoxicated
I thought Chrome held up better han PC...it might get scratched but so does PC..?? Guess it depends how bad you beat on it. But PC is cheaper if you need to get them re-did

BigRed350x
I have both Chrome uppers and lowers and haven't had any trouble with wear on the lowers.
RNBRAD
Chrome is definitely more durable than PC. The benefit of PC though is you can touch it up with a matching paint as where chrome would need replated. It should only cost a fraction of the price of the initial plating should you ever need to replate them.
