Justintoxicated
I have good experience with alba, I acidentaly damaged my brand new stainless steal brake lines before I even installed them and they sent them back and had them warrantied for me. Then again I don't order stuff from them online, and everything I order online is always to a credit card, so If I don't what I ordered i can always dispute the payment. They have been pretty buisy the last few times I was in there store.
tboicelli
OH MAN.... ok so i have had those tie-rods on for a while now and i have been having problems with my allignment, i cant get my toe to get strait at all. I'm pretty shure they gave me the +3 instead of the +2 so i have to either have them cut and re-taped or return them. What should i do???? and i know i have the +2 +1 a-arms because they are the alba pro comp suspension kit. I'm going to call them right now to see what they will do. Bansh88
I recently bought my '06 from Alba. I bought a shitload of aftermarket stuff at the same time. In all, it took 6 weeks to get all my parts. Stuff trickled in from here and there. I had to make 4 trips up there to pick stuff up. I had to call almost everyday to find out if anything came in because they were constantly telling me "tomorrow or the next day". They NEVER CALLED ME ONCE to tell me a part was in. My front Fullbores were the last to come in because of a back order. However, if they had NOT waited 4 days to actually order the Fullbores, I would have avoided the back order. It was very obvious my parts list was stuffed under a stack of others. They tried selling me the wrong size wheels twice. They sold me a clutch perch for a 450. When my IMS pegs FINALLY came in, I sat at the desk for 25 minutes while monkeys in the back looked for them. I dropped TONS of cash on these fuckers and I got crap service. tboicelli
yeah i wont use them anymore for shit. since then i have been only using there website to get the manufactures that make the parts i want then i've just been going direct. ive found out that RM-ATV basicaly has everything to fix a problem or to modify your looks then Duncan Racing and Trinity Racing has all the trick shit like my new Roll Design Lobo II (now to actualy get that shit hooked up, i'm so lazy)

Thoughtshewas18
I wanted to add to this because they really need to get there act together and I want others to be aware of it. I ordered the elite pro suspension and a-arm package from them and it didnt take very long to get probably about 2 weeks but they sent me scattered parts from a totally different quad and I spent the day wondering why everything was off with measurements... So I sent everything but the elkas back and then they ended up sending it to the wrong address after I told 2 different employees to make sure its sent to the right place and gave them both my address. I got it but there were no joints with it so then they had to send me those as well and again it went to the wrong address. So im trying to put it together and im sure this isnt there fault but I cant get nuts onto 2 of the joints because the threads are jacked up. Ive been trying to put on my suspension for going on 2 months now and its really making me angry because my plans keep getting ruined. DaFish
FUCK alba!!! i will never order from them agian its takinover a month to get my pipe clamps and their blamin R.I.S. so i call ris and they said they just got the order yesterday. the same day the owner of alba called me to clear things up cause i left him a nasty voicemail on his cellfone, threating to bash his company all over the internet. so now every chance i get i'm going to bash alba. jbooker82
I dunno, I'm kind of mixed on this one. I feel for you, but I understand their point. We, as consumers, have demanded the lowest prices and have therefor agreed to get shitty customer service. 15 years ago, you would go to the local bike shop and pay a larger mark up on it, but not have to mess with the mail order problems or paying shipping. Alba sent the merchandise, so really, they did nothing wrong. You made the choice to pony up the $$ to have another sent out, and that's where you went wrong, since you didn't have the cash to sit on. Again, I feel for you. But if you put yourself in their shoes, I believe they performed as paid. 100% true
csrmel
nothing personal against you but it isnt albas fault that youre bankaccount is low. honestly you shouldnt even be considering atv parts if youre account is low and you had bills to pay. bills should aways come before anything extra, and its also a good idea to keep atleast 5-10G's in the bank just for emergencys or situations like this. if you had 5 grand in the bank you wouldnt have lost $120 and this alba thing wouldnt of been a problem because you could afford to wait on alba to get their paperwork done. banks love it when people run their accounts low. $120 is overdraft fees in a few days is more than they would make in interest off youre account in a decade.
