I don't remember what its called though sorry 430475[/snapback] yeah, I know what your talking about...tractor pull guys use them to cut their tires, but I don't know what its called either. I usually just used horse hoof trimmers. Pinches the knobs right off, but before I statred usein the hoof trimmers i just used a pair of visegrips (to pull on the lug with) and a razor blade (box knife). There used mostly for tractors,and tractor trailer tires. It works preety good on super swamper tires also, bald tires can have half tread again!
