BigRed350x
Maybe its time for a new bike. Might just be a bad one or something. What year is it? I had an 87 and I swear every time I rode that POS it would break. I have a 97 now that runs fine.
brugal
That truely sucks sounds like its time for a new crank. You might as well get a 4mm stroker
Capone
On my last shee, i fcked the topend 3-4 times in a matter of a month, if I would have just taken the month I used to rebuild those 3-4 times, and bought a cub stroker setup, it wouldn't of ever happened again... might wanna think about how much you're going to put into it, or what its worth. Wallrat
Stock cranks don't hold up too well and they aren't 100% rebuildable. Even if you replace the bearings, 9 times outta 10 you're gonna have some play/seperation issues that will lead to premature bearing failure. IMO its not worth trying to rebuild a stock crank. If it were me I'd pull it apart and replace the crank with a wiseco that's 100% rebuildable. Actually it was me and that's what I did, went with a stroker while I was at it too.
