Ryda85
ok guys, after 6 months of dealing with the insurance companies, they are finally going to pay off my claim....(my car got stolen) it was a 2000 trans am, some mods...was able to run mid-high 11's on some nitrous. now it come time to buy another car. i am looking at a few: used trans am...can be found for like $15k with 35k miles on the clock. used wrx sti...cant find one for under $23k and about 30k on the clock New wrx...$25k out the door anyone else have something to add to the list? i want something i can go to the track with and run a high 11 low 12 and still be able to drive around daily. i would like to do something awd bc of traction issues when finding enemies on the street...but it might just be cheaper/easier to to rwd again....help me out guys
Spitfire
I'd definately go for another LS1, they are AWESOME cars!
350TwinDeathBed
This one is a lot more legit than the kid who asked us if he should get a focus, yfz, lambo or a ferrari. That thread what a friggin joke... I voted for the used sti
cronstar
if you are willing to spend around 25K, why not get a used GTO. i love those things. i still want to get one but just can't right now. you can get one for around that and should have less that 30K miles. do that then get one of these http://www.rpmoutlet.com/gtoati.htm that should get you to where you want to be at the track. Ryda85
not such a big fan of the new gto. i really wanted someting awd for the huge traction advantage. i would always spin the ls1 on the street. i guess im just trying to justify the 23k on an sti when i can get so much more performance per dollar with an ls1....ahh ill never decide
sandman
How about one of these. Less than a WRX sti (05-06) & the #'s say faster to! I love mine! See sig below. Zo6
erik6767
hahaha i remember that thread i think it was "mudcool" was the kids name he asked what should he get a YFZ, ford focus, lambo or ferrari LO, kinda a little price diference in the 4 there... seein as the wheels on the ferrari and lambo probabbyl sell for more than the focus and YFZ450 pout together lol, what a f**kin tool that kid was
jmoore
Dollar for dollar, you will never find a better performing car than the Z28 or the TA with the LS1. Besides, Subaru's are f*cking GAY! They are so ugly! And find me a brown rice burner that makes your heart rate go up when you hear the sound of the exhaust. Of course, this is just my opinion, and you should get whatever the hell makes you wet in the pants when the hammers down.

2twin350s
just my 2 cents,if i had 15k to spend on a car for pure muscle, i would have to go for a 66 nova duece. custom built with a 355 small block and a muncie rock crusher . YEAH BABY, nothin on the street would touch that but if ya want the new stuff then i would say the T/A is the way to go. they have endlees hop-up potential.but seriously, i would look for some good ole detroit muscle. maybe a gto judge? those goodole cars are just goin up in value.i miss my 81monte with my own built 355 small block. that car used to piss off a lotta other cars. i loved spankin 5.0 mustangs with that thing . but i got rid of here to build on the house and keep all my quads.
