1986 LT250R

Recommended Posts

Hey,

I'm trying to see if there's any interest out there for my four wheeler, it's a 1986 Suzuki LT250R. Here's the specs on it:

-FMF Pipe/Silencer

-Boyesen Reeds

-ITP Rims

-+4 Axle

-Works Shocks w/ rezzies up front

-White Power Racing rear shock w/ rezzie

-Moose Shock covers

-Renthal Bars/Grips

-DG Nerf Bars

-.080 Over (265cc)

-K&N Pod Filter

The bike runs great, and the bottom end was just rebuilt with All Balls Racing main bearings, about 5 tanks of gas ago. Always ran at 32:1 with Amsoil Dominator oil. The quad does need new front tires, but I may be picking a set up soon. I'm asking $1600 for it, and I'm open to trades for dirtbikes (125's only), cars, crotch rockets, just shoot me an offer, and I'll think about it. I'm located in Northeastern PA, about 20 minutes from Easton, or 45 minutes from Allentown. Thanks! -Scott

Edit: Forgot a picture! This pic was taken before the airbox was removed. Also, the wheels are now polished, the stator cover is polished, the nerf's are polished, and the rear hubs are black.

It didn't need much when I got it, but I found out it did need main bearings. That's why I did the whole bottom end rebuild. When the topend was apart it was in awesome shape, everything measured within spec. I fixed the front brakes, so they work now. And I got a 400 some piece polished bolt kit, which I can give you also. Let me know what kind of price you were thinking.
