I don't fuck people over like some people. Secondly i'm waiting to receive my new set so I ain't stuck again for 4 months without pipes. Thirdly I never said I refused you to pay me for the cost to have my silencers welded (by the way they were $50 to have them welded). Which you have never contacted me about and i've called you numerous times with no response. I want to make sure i'm gonna get my new set before I ship these back to you so I ain't getting fucked again. Fool me once shame on me...fool me twice....the outcome ain't pretty. You keep complaining about how much money you're out..Well, if you hadn't of chosen irresponsible people to do your leg work, and actually had one smidgen of customer service in you, Rocket pipes "could" have been huge for you. But, the bottom line is...you made very poor decisions on how you ran your business, and now it's costing you. Plain and simple. If you actually gave a shit about what your customers think, you would have already sent out that other set and squashed this whole mess. These people put faith in you to deliver what you claim to be selling, and send you their hard earned money up front...only to get some mismatched pipes and silencers that look like pigeons shit all over them. I don't give a fuck if you didn't know they were shipped out that way, it's your business, it's your responsibility. If one of your "employees" made the mistake, it should cost them, not the customer. You can whine about me "not knowing the whole story" all you want...there's enough posts about your work and customer service to know how you run your business. You need to just ship this guy his silencers that he paid for; he trusted you up front, there is no reason you shouldn't trust him to mail the black ones out...I can totally understand why he wouldn't ship you the silencers first, you'd disappear for a couple months and then come back making up some pathetic excuse about some crazy event that prevented you from keeping up your business....and expect everyone to pity you and say "it's ok". If you sent someone 500 bucks for pipes and you got some shit in the mail (6 months later), you'd be pissed too. Be a man and own up to your responsibilities for once. This topic was put up for the public to read and respond to, so that is just what I will do. I may not know the whole story from both sides, but from what I have experienced on the treads of everyone arguing about this the customers DID pay for your fuckups. They paid for it through time, money and inconvenience. The time was spent waiting for the parts to arrive. The money was spent (in Jeepman's case and possibly others) to either fix the pipes they got or to buy a new set in the months they had been waiting. The inconvenience was certainly experienced through the months of waiting, money spent, efforts made to try to get a hold of you and also probably through the fact that no one had pipes on their shee to go riding. These poor customers had to wait months just to hear you give excuses and tell them their money will be on the way or pipes will be sent out eventually, then more waiting... I would say they are bigger than pinhole leaks cause there is quite a bit of shit spraying out of them all over the place and leaking down the pipes themselves.
