Justintoxicated
thats shitty..i will def never buy from them..if you as the customer are not satisfied they should do everything in their power to make you happy... you dont have to split your cases to put a new shift shaft in..you just have to pull the clutch cover.. 418726 Yea I forgot Only had the clutch cover off once aside from when I split the cases. Ended up grinding down the shift shaft a bit to make it fit (thanks RATBIKE) Looks bad ass now! And not as much flex in the shifter. Can't wait to really try it out and dull it up! So Mine is probably just off a bit, so I changed my mind it's not an F, but it was still pretty annoying... I really do like it now though A+ lol Edited October 4, 2005 by Justintoxicated

Cotton eyed Joe
sure is pretty now that it is installed 423850 That aint too bad looking. I can see why its nearly $80 though. Theres a lot of wasted aluminum in making that thing. One reason I've never bothered making them. The other is the splines. I'm not too fond of aluminum splines on a steel shift shaft. Let us know how it performs.

Since it's one piece the origional block has to be pretty big. Only thing concerning me is the splines but I think it will be ok. My friends RIS has a coper insert in teh shifter that goes betweent eh billet and splines on the bike, he says it is mroe adjustable this way also, and I'm sure there are more aluminum splines for the copper insert piece since the hole would be larger. Sure is shiny though I can see my reflection. It is also lightened unerneath, not that it really matters since I jsut added a heavy ass battery anyways lol
