The 2002 came with brake lights and one of my friends wants to add it to his 99. He said he is tired of getting rear ended in the tight trails. I told him to go faster! LOL But he does want to add the brake light. Is the entire wiring harness different or would he just need some parts from a 2002 or newer? Is the entire wiring harness different or would he just need some parts from a 2002 or newer? 416106[/snapback] if it helps, i put a tail light for a 01 and older on my 03. the thing is i ordered a billet one and didnt see that it said 01 and older, DOH!! the mounting brackets are alot closer on the older ones, i had to make a bracket to strech out and mount. the 01 and older only has 2 connecting wires, the 02+ has 3. i just left one upluged on mine, now my brake light only goes on when i have the headlights on, the other wire would go on only when i had the brake on.
