rocketboy Posted September 11, 2005 Report Share Posted September 11, 2005 why is that? 413655[/snapback] the hp thing your reffering to? thats due to the fact that peak hp is only a very little part of the equation ,a motors ability to rev, its peak rpm,tractability,its acceleration, its power to weight its powerband, its torque,its this ,its that ,all have to be accounted for, the 4 pokes are definitly getting better ,but its usually at twice the displacement and at the cost of longterm reliablity to only equal 2 stroke performance.
